While our services span multiple categories, the VitalPath Initiative provides a comprehensive 6- to 12 week program designed to meet each institution’s unique needs through a customized approach through a collaborative needs assessment . This program provides access to professional expertise across various fields, including:
Medical Field: Students gain valuable insights and hands-on skills from healthcare professionals.
Public Safety Field: Experts in emergency response and community safety provide essential training and education.
Mental Health & Behavior Analysis: Professionals in mental health and behavioral sciences offer support, intervention strategies, and skill-building opportunities.

Schools partnering with the VitalPath Initiative have the flexibility to choose between hosting two or four community outreach events, tailored to meet the specific needs of their communities. These events cover a wide range of impactful topics, including but not limited to:

What sets the VitalPath Initiative apart is its commitment to fully individualizing programming based on each school’s unique needs and targeted areas of focus. This customized approach ensures that every partnership delivers maximum value and addresses the specific priorities of the communities served.

One of the most unique and impactful components of the VitalPath Initiative is our creative and flexible funding model. By strategically positioning ourselves to accept multiple streams of public funding, we ensure that schools are not burdened with covering costs from their operating budgets. Schools can leverage funding sources such as John Peterson funding, Title funding, and even Medicaid funding to cover the costs of our programming.
VPI costs approximately $10,000 to serve one school for 12 weeks of comprehensive health and social skills education. However, to minimize financial strain on schools that are already navigating tight budgets, we are seeking financial support to subsidize $4,000 per school. In addition we have created a flexibile menu for schools to operate within their budget! This approach allows us to reduce the financial burden on schools while providing students and their communities with access to vital resources and transformative programming.
Through this innovative funding strategy, we aim to ensure that every school, regardless of its financial circumstances, has the opportunity to offer the VitalPath Initiative to their students and community, helping to bridge gaps in education and wellness.

Yes! You can use your school's Title funds to access our services. We’ve worked hard to support you in every way possible, including becoming a CMSD-approved vendor. To make the process even easier, we’ve gone a step further—we can provide template descriptions to streamline your funding request. Let us help you maximize your resources and bring valuable support to your school!

We’re excited to share that with our experienced and licensed Intervention and Behavior Specialists working directly with your students, you can utilize JP funding to support and cover the goals of your selected students. This allows you to maximize resources while ensuring targeted, high-quality intervention for those who need it most!

We're actively working on this initiative! Through our partnership with University Hospitals and the presence of a registered nurse on staff, certain services may be eligible for Medicaid coverage. Once you decide to partner with us, we will review available days and times to provide programming that best fits your school’s needs. Nope! Our program was intentionally designed not just for students, but also with school staff in mind. Our dedicated professionals are highly skilled in classroom management, fully background-checked, and VIRTUS trained, ensuring a safe and structured learning environment.
That means you can use this time to give your teachers a well-deserved break!
Additionally, we’ve carefully aligned aspects of our curriculum with Ohio Learning Standards, making it easy for you to integrate our programming into your required instructional time. We’ll even provide lesson plans, so you can use our content to help meet your mandated learning minutes—seamlessly blending support and enrichment for both students and staff!

Step One
Needs Assessment
Our needs assessment typically takes about 45 minutes and includes a one-on-one consultation between a member of our team and a member of your staff. This can be conducted in person (we’ll come to you) or via Zoom, whichever you prefer.
During the session, we will discuss scheduling preferences and availability. We’ll also review our general pricing template, but to ensure we provide the most tailored and budget-friendly options, we ask for 24 hours to prepare a customized pricing proposal based on your specific needs.
Step Two
Based on your customized options…Take your pick!
Based on our customized options, select the best fit for your needs. If you’d like guidance, we’re happy to walk through the options with you. Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll begin drafting the contract to get everything in place. You can expect to receive your contract from us within 72 hours.
Step Three
Funding support
Once we receive your signed contract, we’ll assist you in navigating your funding sources. For Title funding, we’ll provide funding application templates that you’re free to use as needed—we’re here to help streamline the process and save you time!
Step Four
Services Begin
We will begin services according to the schedule you selected. Before we start, we’ll provide you with a copy of our staff’s credentials for your records.
A member of our team will check in with you periodically to ensure you’re satisfied with our services and to explore any additional opportunities for collaboration.
